Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and stage merchandise for shipping with high accuracy standards.
- Load and unload trucks safely using forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided).
- Perform regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) for scanning barcodes and tracking orders.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and efficiency targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse facility.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
