Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely and efficiently load and unload trucks and trailers using hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring all quality standards are met.
- Inventory Management: Assist with inventory counts, stock organization, and maintaining a clean, organized warehouse.
- Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse machinery (training provided) and perform routine safety checks.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Reliability: Consistent attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Communication: Basic ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred (not required for entry-level).
