Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipping to ensure 99% accuracy.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, perform cycle counts, and update inventory management systems.
- Material Handling: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems to move goods.
- Shipping & Receiving: Load and unload trucks, verify incoming shipments against packing lists, and manage returns.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to OSHA safety regulations and company safety protocols at all times.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on warehouse machinery and equipment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow associates to maintain workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic with a proven track record of punctuality and attendance.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screening prior to employment.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is preferred but not mandatory.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to focus on repetitive tasks while maintaining high accuracy standards.
- Basic Skills: Ability to read and understand basic instructions, labels, and safety signage.
