Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records to ensure stock accuracy.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate powered industrial equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, when certified.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and safe by following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets customer specifications.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and other departments to resolve issues and meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or logistics environment is a plus but not required; on-the-job training is provided.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift; good manual dexterity.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse software quickly.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as required by business volume.
- License: Valid driver's license may be required depending on specific role duties.
