Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with 99.9% accuracy using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers (training provided).
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety compliance and efficient workflow.
- Conduct daily inventory counts and cycle counts to reconcile stock levels.
- Unload trucks and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and quality targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production quotas.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
