Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse facility safely.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, efficiently.
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records using WMS software.
- Ensure the warehouse area is clean, organized, and adheres to all safety protocols.
- Package and label products for shipment, verifying accuracy against purchase orders.
- Assist in training new hires and supporting team members during peak seasons.
- Maintain a high level of customer service for incoming and outgoing shipments.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts and overtime as needed.
- Valid forklift certification (will train if no experience).
