Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Perform detailed inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy
- Safely operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with proper certification
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage and verify against purchase orders
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow efficiency during overnight shifts
- Document all activities in digital systems with precision and timeliness
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; warehouse experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with scanning technology
- Reliable transportation to meet overnight shift requirements
- Ability to work independently while maintaining team collaboration
