The Role:
As a Warehouse Picker, you will play a critical role in our supply chain operations. You will be responsible for retrieving merchandise from the warehouse and preparing orders for shipment with the highest level of accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment using warehouse management systems and scanners.
- Verify product quantities, descriptions, and specifications against work orders to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Sort, label, and stage packages efficiently to meet daily shipping quotas and deadlines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with OSHA and company safety protocols.
- Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks, stand-up forklifts, or conveyors, as required.
- Collaborate with team leads and packers to resolve discrepancies and improve workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience (preferred) or strong willingness to learn.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50+ lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners and RF guns.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Reliable transportation and ability to work varying shifts, including overtime as needed.
