Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure 100% customer satisfaction and on-time delivery.
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently using pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided on-site).
- Conduct regular quality checks to maintain high inventory accuracy standards and reduce errors.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in strict compliance with all safety regulations.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as handheld scanners, conveyors, and forklifts as needed.
- Collaborate with team leads and other associates to meet daily production goals and quotas.
- Follow strict safety protocols and wear all required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work overnight shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills for scanning and labeling.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable transportation to and from work is required.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
