Responsibilities
- Accurately sort, scan, and package incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklift/pallet jack) with on-the-job training
- Maintain organized inventory counts and warehouse cleanliness standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping deadlines
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
- Complete digital paperwork and documentation accurately
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse or logistics experience required
- Ability to stand/walk for 8-10 hour shifts
- Basic computer literacy and smartphone usage
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Willingness to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Reliable transportation to our South Minneapolis facility
- Pass background check and drug screening
