Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stage materials with precision using forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy.
- Pack, label, and prepare products for shipment, adhering to all safety and quality protocols.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to process orders efficiently and accurately.
- Conduct daily safety inspections of equipment and workspaces to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred; however, we provide on-the-job training for the right candidates.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
- Forklift certification (Class A, B, or C) is a plus but not mandatory.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well within a team structure.
