- Load/unload shipments and organize inventory in temperature-controlled facilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse management systems
- Pick/pack orders with 99.5% accuracy for e-commerce fulfillment
- Conduct daily cycle counts and maintain warehouse safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily KPIs
- Work flexible overtime shifts during peak seasons
Qualifications
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand 8+ hours
- Basic math skills and inventory software knowledge
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR for equipment operation
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
