Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload trucks and organize inventory in climate-controlled facilities
- Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and power tools
- Perform quality control checks and maintain accurate inventory records
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workstations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping targets
- Process returns and damaged goods according to company guidelines
- Participate in inventory audits and cycle counting activities
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking and order processing
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Strong attention to detail and time management abilities
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience a plus
- Reliable transportation and punctuality essential
