Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders to meet daily production targets
- Maintain organized storage areas and conduct regular cycle counts
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workspaces
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow during peak hours
- Participate in physical inventory audits and process improvements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Valid driver's license preferred for equipment operation
- Flexible availability including nights and weekends when needed
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
