Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials efficiently using pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks.
- Sort, organize, and stock inventory in designated areas to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Package and prepare products for shipping, ensuring all safety and quality standards are met.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all safety protocols and regulations.
- Assist in cycle counts and inventory audits as required by management.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory management and scanning.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required for entry-level positions.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
