Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Pick, pack, label, and stage merchandise for shipment with high accuracy.
- Conduct daily inventory checks, cycle counts, and maintain accurate stock records.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks using proper lifting techniques.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and quality targets.
- Process returns and damages according to company SOPs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push heavy items (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with barcode scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety compliance.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
