Responsibilities
- <ul><li>Load, unload, and transport materials to and from the warehouse and shipping docks efficiently.</li><li>Perform accurate inventory counts and organize stock using warehouse management systems.</li><li>Ensure strict adherence to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.</li><li>Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and responsibly.</li><li>Package and label products for shipment with precision and attention to detail.</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized work area to maximize workflow efficiency.</li><li>Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.</li></ul>
Qualifications
- <ul><li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a warehouse setting.</li><li>Basic math skills for accurate inventory counting and scanning.</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent required.</li><li>Valid forklift certification is a plus but not required for entry-level candidates.</li><li>Reliable transportation to and from the facility.</li><li>Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends as business needs dictate.</li></ul>
