Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with a focus on 99% accuracy and speed.
- Operate powered industrial equipment (Forklift, Pallet Jack) safely and efficiently.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory management to maintain stock accuracy.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations (OSHA).
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks and trailers during peak seasons.
- Adhere to all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality control measures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required (we provide training).
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn warehouse management systems.
