Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage inventory receiving, picking, packing, and shipping processes
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with precision and safety compliance
- Maintain accurate warehouse documentation and digital inventory systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and meet tight deadlines
- Uphold strict safety protocols and 5S standards across all operations
- Support physical inventory counts and cycle counting initiatives
- Actively participate in continuous improvement projects
- Adapt to flexible scheduling including overtime hours as operational needs demand
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic computer skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
