Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to meet daily targets.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, perform cycle counts, and update warehouse management systems.
- Equipment Maintenance: Inspect and maintain warehouse equipment to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols at all times.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment to prevent accidents.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we provide training.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) and some holidays.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- License: Valid Driver's License required; Forklift certification is a plus.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to read pick lists and labels.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work in a team-oriented environment.
