Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Load and unload freight safely and efficiently using pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records
- Operate material handling equipment in compliance with safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with digital tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required)
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (training provided)
