Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and stock inventory in temperature-controlled warehouse zones
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with OSHA certification
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with 99.8% accuracy using WMS systems
- Perform cycle counts and maintain organized, FIFO-compliant storage areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a hazard-free work environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability including weekends
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
