Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with high accuracy and speed.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock levels and assist in cycle counting to ensure inventory integrity.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate powered industrial equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and warehouse protocols to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow associates to streamline daily operations.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we provide paid training.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, and perform manual labor.
- Availability: Must be available for weekend shifts and potential overtime during peak seasons.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when processing orders and managing inventory.
- Reliability: Consistent attendance and a strong work ethic are essential.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
