Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload shipments and organize inventory in climate-controlled warehouse
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory records using digital tracking systems
- Perform quality control checks on incoming/outgoing products
- Collaborate with team to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Participate in cross-functional logistics operations as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer skills for inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends/overtime
