Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, and power equipment
- Perform inventory management tasks including cycle counts and data entry
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces and adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) for inventory tracking
- Train on new equipment and processes to maintain operational excellence
- Document all activities accurately in compliance with company policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain company-provided certification)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math and computer literacy skills for inventory tracking
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability for overtime shifts
