Responsibilities
- Operate Equipment: Safely and efficiently use material handling equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts, and power jacks.
- Pick & Pack: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment within strict timeframes.
- Inventory Control: Scan items using handheld scanners to ensure inventory accuracy and maintain stock levels.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet daily performance goals and support operational goals.
Qualifications
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly over an 8-10 hour shift.
- Availability: Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred; on-the-job training provided for those with less experience.
- Basic Skills: Good reading and comprehension skills; ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.
