Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading: Safely load and unload goods from trucks and trailers using appropriate equipment.
- Inventory Management: Sort, count, and verify products against packing lists to ensure accuracy.
- Picking & Packing: Efficiently pick items for orders and package them securely for shipment.
- Equipment Operation: Operate pallet jacks, forklifts (training provided), and RF scanners.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse workspace at all times.
- Documentation: Complete necessary paperwork and log daily activities accurately.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and have reliable transportation.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred (not mandatory).
- Communication: Basic ability to read and understand safety instructions and checklists.
