Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, scanners) following OSHA safety standards
- Accurately receive, scan, and stock inventory using WMS systems
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with attention to detail and speed
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and storage areas
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation activities
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – we provide full paid training!
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening (marijuana-friendly policy)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation and order verification
- Reliable transportation to Henderson facility (public transit accessible)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
