Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload freight using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling techniques
- Scan and sort packages according to destination and priority codes
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and warehouse organization standards
- Operate warehouse equipment following OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Complete training modules to advance to specialized roles
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
