Responsibilities
- Safely operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) after paid training
- Accurately receive, scan, and stock inventory in our climate-controlled facility
- Pick and pack orders with precision for timely shipment
- Maintain organized warehouse spaces through systematic stocking and cleaning
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
- Participate in quarterly safety audits and process improvements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours with reasonable accommodations
- Basic math skills for inventory counting
- Willingness to complete paid forklift certification training
- Reliable transportation to our Durham facility
- No prior warehouse experience required – training provided!
