Responsibilities
- Accurately scan, sort, and package inventory using RF scanners and automated systems
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after paid certification
- Maintain organized storage areas and optimize warehouse layout for efficiency
- Perform quality control checks and report inventory discrepancies
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workstations
- Collaborate with overnight team to meet daily shipping/receiving targets
Qualifications
- No warehouse experience required – full paid training provided
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills
- Reliable transportation for overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Willingness to work weekends during peak seasons
