Responsibilities
- Safely load, unload, and sort packages in a climate-controlled warehouse environment
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after completing paid certification
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation using handheld scanners
- Follow safety protocols and quality standards for all material handling tasks
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily productivity targets
- Perform basic equipment maintenance checks and report issues promptly
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Reliable transportation to our Northside facility (public transit accessible)
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Pass background check and drug screening (pre-employment)
- Willingness to work overnight shifts with consistent schedule
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems training
