Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight trucks safely and efficiently using proper lifting techniques.
- Pick and pack customer orders with a high degree of accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Organize and maintain inventory stock in designated areas.
- Ensure the warehouse workspace is clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets.
- Verify shipment contents and prepare necessary documentation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math and reading skills for scanning and counting.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
