Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and inventory management systems
- Maintain organized stock levels in warehouse racking and designated zones
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper safety protocols
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure data accuracy
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere to all OSHA and company safety guidelines
- Process incoming shipments and verify documentation
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid California driver's license (for equipment operation training)
- Reliable transportation to Harrison Street facility
- Availability to work weekends and flexible shifts
