Responsibilities
- Unload, scan, and sort incoming shipments accurately
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Pick, pack, and label customer orders for shipment
- Maintain organized inventory records using WMS systems
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with team to meet daily productivity targets
- Perform routine equipment inspections and maintenance checks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable transportation to DC facility
- Pass pre-employment background check
- Flexible availability (including weekends if needed)
