The Role:
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our inventory is managed efficiently and our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. You will work in a fast-paced, safety-first environment.
Responsibilities
- Execute efficient picking and packing of customer orders using handheld scanners and WMS systems.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and according to guidelines.
- Assist in inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock rotation to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily performance goals and shipping deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions (loading dock environment).
