Responsibilities
- Accurately process incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory levels and stock locations.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet company standards before shipping.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work area in compliance with OSHA safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and accuracy goals.
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks as required.
- Assist in inventory audits and cycle counts as scheduled.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; we provide training.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
