Job Summary:
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in our daily operations, ensuring that products are processed, packed, and shipped with precision. This is a fast-paced environment where teamwork is essential.
Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely to move inventory.
- Pick, pack, and stage customer orders accurately to meet shipping deadlines.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Update inventory records and ensure stock levels are accurate.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Forklift certification is a strong advantage.
- Ability to work in varying temperature conditions (climate-controlled facility).
