Responsibilities
- Execute daily receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of inventory with precision and speed.
- Operate powered industrial equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and according to protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, strictly adhering to OSHA safety regulations.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily shipping targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic.
