Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage inventory control through systematic stock counts and documentation
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with precision and safety
- Process incoming shipments and outbound orders with speed and accuracy
- Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant warehouse environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Implement quality control measures to ensure product integrity
- Adapt to flexible scheduling including weekends and extended hours as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality
- Flexibility to work overtime and variable shifts
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
