Responsibilities
- Perform accurate picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times to comply with safety regulations.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and conveyor systems safely and efficiently.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets quality standards to prevent shipment errors.
- Assist with inventory control, including stock rotation, cycle counts, and stocking new merchandise.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory; on-the-job training is provided.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and mandatory overtime during peak seasons.
