Job Summary
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing merchandise and materials. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our inventory accuracy and meeting our delivery deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise accurately and efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision and speed.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in compliance with safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety and sanitation standards.
- Perform inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and ensure timely order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidates.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and order picking.
- Must possess a valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain one).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
