Responsibilities
- Fleet Management: Load and unload freight trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks efficiently and safely.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with 99.9% accuracy.
- Inventory Control: Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies using WMS.
- Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment to ensure safety compliance (OSHA standards).
- Documentation: Accurately complete shipping paperwork and log daily activities.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Skills: Basic math skills, attention to detail, and computer literacy.
- Certifications: Forklift certification is a plus but not required.
- Background: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
