Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and unload incoming shipments and materials with precision.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure 99.9% accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, while adhering to strict safety protocols.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain stock accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times (5S standards).
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using proper lifting techniques.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily and weekly production goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required; we offer on-the-job training.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management software (WMS).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen prior to employment.
