Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload trucks and sort inventory using RF scanners and pallet jacks
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, reach trucks) with OSHA certification
- Maintain accurate inventory counts in WMS systems
- Pack and ship orders with attention to detail and quality control
- Adhere to all safety protocols and 5S workplace standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily KPIs
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (training provided if needed)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math and inventory management skills
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work flexible shifts (evenings/weekends as needed)
- Positive attitude and team player mindset
