Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with 99% accuracy.
- Utilize handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) efficiently.
- Inspect products for quality and damage before packing.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety standards are met.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and reduce processing time.
- Load outbound trucks safely and securely.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or logistics environment is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and comfort with handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
