Responsibilities
- Retrieve merchandise from storage racks and shelves based on pick tickets using handheld scanners and forklifts.
- Accurately pack items into boxes, ensuring proper wrapping and labeling for safe shipping.
- Verify order accuracy by checking product quantities and descriptions against packing slips.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by sweeping floors and organizing inventory areas.
- Lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs) frequently throughout the shift to support daily operations.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as directed by the Warehouse Supervisor.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and OSHA regulations to ensure a secure workplace.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or retail stocking role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods (8+ hours per day).
- Must be able to lift, push, and pull boxes weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate scanning equipment or handheld devices.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Reliable transportation and a positive work attitude.
