Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and unload incoming freight to ensure accuracy and safety.
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and handheld scanners safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Perform inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
