Responsibilities
- Pick & Pack: Efficiently pick, pack, and verify products according to customer orders using handheld scanners and WMS software.
- Quality Control: Inspect items for defects and ensure proper packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels and stock organization.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and warehouse regulations to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems as required by the shift.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and cross-functional departments to resolve order discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly for extended shifts.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required; we provide training.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Basic Computer Skills: Comfortable using handheld scanners and basic computer interfaces.
