Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Retrieve, verify, and pick products from inventory locations using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Packing & Shipping: Safely pack items into appropriate boxes, ensuring proper labeling, sealing, and documentation for shipment.
- Inventory Control: Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels and reporting discrepancies immediately.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate powered pallet jacks, forklifts, or other material handling equipment as required.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep workstations, aisles, and storage areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Quality Assurance: Perform final inspections on orders to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly. Must be able to stand for extended periods and walk throughout the warehouse.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Skills: Basic math skills for inventory counts; strong attention to detail.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Compliance: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
